本公司现正招募可执行 FOB 条件（TTM／TTT 方式）的合格买方，
该新卖方案件可在鹿特丹、休斯敦、富查伊拉、裕廊等主要能源枢纽进行交付。

本案为基于卖方正式提供的不可议价（NON-NEGOTIABLE）官方流程的真实交易。
以下内容为卖方提供的原版流程（未经任何修改），特此全文公布。

■ FOB) TTM | TTT – ROTTERDAM/HOUSTON/FUJAIRAH/JURONG NON NEGOTIABLE ++R/MTR

1.Buyer accepts Seller’s procedure and issues an oficial Full ICPO addressed to theend seller along with buyer’s nominated Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) for seller’sverification and registration.

2.Seller issue draft Commercial Invoice.

3.Buyer signs and returns CI to seller along with approved appointment letter with terminal access code, TAC from buyer’s logistics company to enable buyer and sellernominated inspectors and representatives hold a TTM in buyer’s logistics terminal.

4.Upon approval of TTM by Buyer’s logistics company, Meeting holds on a specificdate and time with the meeting agenda listed; A.Inspection of Identification proofs of attendants. B.Buyer Show POF. C.Seller Show hardcopy POP Documents & SGS Document not later than 48 Hoursfor inspection. D.Seller inspect buyers designated tank in ensuring seamless operational executionduring injection process

5.After a successful meeting and dip test, Buyer may also re-conduct Dip-Test inseller’s tank on buyer’s cost.

6.Seller injects the product into buyer’s tank. Buyer makes complete payment viaMT103 for confirmed products.

7.Seller transfers the title of ownership as per Buyer’s instruction. Buyer lifts theproduct

■ 关于 SCO 签发的重要事项本案件的前提条件是：买方必须完全同意上述 PROCEDURE。
流程如下：
1.确认买方的需求条件是否符合本 PROCEDURE
2.若无冲突，则进行价格确认（Price Check）
3.买方确认价格与流程后，即可签发 SCO
※ 若买方不能接受该 PROCEDURE，将无法签发 SCO。

■ 招募对象（买方条件）
符合以下条件的买方可提交意向：
・具备执行 TTM 或 TTT 方式的物流能力
・能提前出具有效的 TSA（储罐协议）
・能以 MT103 方式即时付款
・能提交正式 ICPO（需买方抬头纸＋银行信息）
・能派代表参加 TTM 会议
・在 POP 核实后可迅速完成付款
