Copper is an essential resource for electrical and electronic industries, renewable energy, and infrastructure development, and stable procurement is becoming increasingly important. The transaction procedure is expected to follow international standards:
1.Buyer submits LOI
2.Seller issues FCO
3.Both parties review conditions and sign SPA
4.Buyer opens L/C or SBLC
5.Seller issues Performance Bond
6.Shipment preparation → Third-party inspection (SGS, etc.)
7.Shipment → Commercial Invoice issuance → Final payment

This project is currently in the stage of fine-tuning details. Once concluded, it is expected to make a significant contribution to stable copper supply, especially to buyers in Asia.
