The transaction will follow the standard international procedure:
1.Buyer issues LOI (Letter of Intent)
2.Seller issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
3.Both parties sign SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement)
4.Buyer opens L/C or DLCSeller issues Performance Bond
5.Shipment preparation → SGS inspection → Loading
6.Document submission → Final payment
