This is an official supply offer from a Thailand-based seller for Brazilian-origin sugar (ICUMSA 45 and ICUMSA 600–1200).
The transaction follows a standard international trading procedure and allows for monthly continuous supply based on the buyer’s conditions.

The offer supports both CIF and FOB delivery terms.
The primary payment instrument is SBLC (MT760), while DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit) – transferable and payable at the loading port – is also accepted in certain cases.
Under SBLC, payment can be arranged at either the destination port or the loading port (Note: payment at destination port requires a Top 25 Bank).

■ Main Procedure (Summary)
1.Buyer submits ICPO, CIS, and KYC
2.Seller issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
3.Buyer signs and returns the FCO
4.Draft SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) presented → both parties sign
5.Buyer’s bank sends MT199 pre-advice, followed by MT760 (SBLC) issuance
6.Upon confirmation, Seller provides PB 2% (Performance Bond)
7.CCOS/SGS inspection conducted at loading port before shipment
8.Payment made at destination port against shipping documents (TT / MT103)

■ Payment & Documentation Highlights
・SBLC (MT760) wording must strictly follow the standard text attached to the contract.
・PB 2% to be issued within 7 banking days after the seller’s bank receives the hard copy of MT760.
・CCOS/SGS inspection at loading port is mandatory for quality and quantity verification prior to payment release.
