3.Payment Method: DLC MT700 (Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit)
This eliminates the need for buyer prepayment.
4.Seller issues Performance Bond (PB) 2%
Demonstrating commitment to contract execution and shipment assurance.
5.Shipment Arrangement and Documentation
Shipping documents such as Certificate of Origin, Analysis Report, Packing List, and Bill of Lading are provided in accordance with the contract.
6.Inspection at Destination Port
Quality and quantity inspection by SGS (or equivalent).
Final settlement is executed after confirmation of inspection results.
