  1. Buyer Issues “ICPO” Containing Seller’s Working Procedures With Banking Detail And Scanned Copy Of Buyer’s Passport, Along With Buyer Company Certificate Of Incorporation.
  2. Seller Issues Commercial Invoice (CI) To Be Signed And Returned Back To Seller
  3. Seller Issues To Buyer Following PPOP
    a. Statement Of Product Availability
    b. Authorization To Sell And Collect (ATSC)
    c. Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
    d. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
    e. Product Passport
    f. Injection Report
    g. Authorization To Verify (ATV)
  4. Buyer Contact The Seller’s Tank With The Dip Test Authorization And Take Over Seller’s Tank For Four (4) Days Minimum To Receive Port Storage Access Code
  5. Seller Issue Fresh SGS Not Older Than 48 Hours Or Buyer Optionally Commence Dip Test In Seller’s Tank On Buyer’s Expenses
  6. Upon Successful Verification Of The SGS report Or Dip Test By Buyer In Seller’s Tank, Seller immediately Begin Injection of Product Into Buyer’s Tank Or Vessel And Seller Issues NCNDA/IMFPA For All Parties To Sign
  7. Buyer Makes Payment By MT103 Or TT Wire Transfer For The Total Product
  8. Seller Changes The Title Of Ownership To The Buyer’s Name And Seller Pays All Intermediaries
