We are currently inviting buyer companies capable of receiving supplies under FOB terms (TTM / TTT / TTV), based on an official SCO presented by the seller’s mandate for multiple Norway-origin refined petroleum products.

This offer allows FOB delivery at major hub ports including Rotterdam, Houston, Jurong, and Fujairah, and all transactions will proceed strictly in accordance with the Non-Negotiable PROCEDURE, assuming real and executable trades.

・Minimum: 500,000 BBL per month
・Maximum: 10,000,000 BBL per month
Mazut M100
・Minimum: 50,000 MT per month
・Maximum: 500,000 MT per month

・Contract Period: 12 months (with extension option / R&E)
・Incoterms: FOB (Rotterdam / Houston / Jurong / Fujairah)
・Inspection: SGS
・Commission: Buyer side (TBA)

■ PROCEDURE (Summary)
The following procedures are officially stated in the SCO:
1.Three FOB methods available: TTM / TTT / TTV
2.Buyer submits ICPO along with TSA / CPA
3.Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI)
4.DTA issuance → TTM / Dip Test conducted
5.Seller provides POP (SGS, TSR, ATSC, etc.)
6.After Dip Test, buyer makes immediate payment via MT103
7.Title transfer completed → monthly supply contract commences

・Ability to comply with SGS Dip Test
・Financial capability for MT103 / SBLC / DLC
・Seeking annual contracts based on real demand
