【Closed】 New Buyer Introduction : TTT Qingdao / ESPO 2 Million Bbl Monthly

A new buyer has expressed official interest in the long-term procurement of ESPO crude oil through TTT (Tank-to-Tank) operations at Qingdao terminal.
The buyer maintains operational capacity in fuel storage, logistics coordination, and physical delivery, and intends to begin with a test volume of 1 million barrels, followed by a monthly supply of 2 million barrels upon successful operational verification.

The TTT structure enables transparent verification of stock existence, product quality, and ownership transfer, minimizing transport-related risks and reducing operational uncertainty.
Qingdao serves as a strategic logistics hub in the region, equipped with established inspection frameworks and storage infrastructure suitable for sustained supply programs.

■ Transaction Framework
1.Test Shipment (First Lot)
The seller transfers product to the buyer’s designated tank at Qingdao.
SGS Q&Q inspection (quality and quantity) is conducted prior to settlement.
2.TTT Operational Model
Product moves seller tank → buyer tank, followed by Dip Test + SGS inspection.
Payment is executed only after inspection results are confirmed.
3.Payment Method
Settlement is made via MT103 (telegraphic transfer) after inspection.
No advance payment or security deposit is required prior to product verification.
4.Long-Term Monthly Contract
Upon completion of the test phase, the buyer intends to proceed with 2 million barrels per month on a continuous supply basis.

■ Buyer Positioning
・Prioritizes transparent and verifiable supply chains
・Requires clear logistical and inspection procedures
・Seeks stable mid-to-long-term supply cooperation
・Prefers direct or near-direct contract structures
This transaction model is consistent with the core principles of international physical crude trading:
Verification → Inspection → Payment → Title Transfer.

Suppliers or representatives with confirmed allocation and TTT capability at Qingdao are invited to initiate discussions.
Detailed procedural requirements and documentation formats can be provided upon request.
