With the establishment of new supply routes for EN590 (10ppm), D6, and Jet A1 diesel fuel, we are seeking reliable buyers.
This opportunity is sourced from an authorized seller, and transactions can be arranged under competitive terms with no advance payment required.
Furthermore, the seller’s mandate in charge of this matter is a highly trusted partner with whom our company has been continuously collaborating across multiple businesses. We have built a close communication channel and a cooperative framework at the operational level, ensuring that you can proceed with confidence in these transactions.
PROCEDURES1
TANK TO VESSEL PROCEDURE – VICTRV
The Buyer conducts Dip Test by SGS, (Seller Tank) satisfactory result pays the seller via MT103 and seller pays all
intermediaries, involved successfully as per NCNDA/IMFPA. (As per mandate Agreement).
Buyer issue full ICPO and along with buyer CPA.
Seller issues the Commercial Invoice (CI) to buyer for the available quantity in storage tank along with following
documents after receipt of the signed CI.
(a) Copy of Company Registration Certificate
(b) Copy of statement of product availability in the storage tank
(C) Product passport
(d) Certificate of Origin.
Upon buyer receive of documents Buyer request for DIP TEST AUTHORIZATION PASS from Refinery so port
terminals/authority will allow buyer to dip test into seller tank farm which will be signed by all parties (Both Buyer
and Seller) and endorsed by the Refinery.
Seller issues a copy of fresh SGS Report to buyer shipping company/Logistic Company/Tank Farm only to verify
fresh SGS Report. (Fresh SGS Report only for shipping company verification and no other parties)
Seller issues the following documents to verify the product in seller’s tanks to buyer.
A. ATI – Authorization to Inject
B. ATV – Authorization to Verify.
C. Unconditional DTA
D. ATSC- Authorization to Sell & Collect.
Buyer sends DTA Signed by Buyer and its Shipping Company to seller and seller tank with Q88.
The Seller issue Fresh SGS with DTA to buyer.

AUTHORITY. - UPON ANCHOR OF THE VESSEL AT THE BUYER DISCHARGE PORT. THE INSPECTION
ORGANIZATION DESIGNATED BY THE BUYER SHALL CONDUCT SAMPLING INSPECTION AND

CIQ/CICC TEST RESULTS TO BE INSPECTED COMPLY WITH THE SELLER’S DELIVERY INSPECTION
REPORT. THE FLANGE PAIRIS CONNECTED INTO THE TANK, AND THE BUYER SHALL MAKE
PAYMENT
FOR GOODS WITHIN 2-3 WORKING DAYS VIA MT103/TT WIRE TRANSFER. ALL THE GOODS

TANK TO VESSEL (TTV) PROCEDURE – vldlv
- Buyer submits ICPO, CPA, on receipt of Seller Full Corporate offer.
- Seller releases Commercial Invoice (CI), buyer sign and return back to seller along with IMFPA/NCNDA.
- Seller issue DTA to be endorsed by buyer and buyer’s Vessel Company or TTVIA (Buyer financially responsible to
get approval by their logistic company on DTA/TTVIA) without the logistic endorsement the buyer shall be
blacklisted. - Seller within Three days upon receipt of the approved DTA releases the following POP’s:
a. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with full information including Terminal, Barcode & GPS
b. Injection report.
c. Fresh SGS Report less than 48 hours
d. Unconditional DTA on buyer’s name
e. Authorization to verify (ATV)
f. Authorization to Sell and Collect fund (ATSC)
g. Commitment to Supply. (CTS)
h. Product passport and analytical report (PP)
i. Certificate of origin (COO)
j. Attestation of allocation (AOA)
k. Legalized commercial invoice. - Buyer verifies and confirms POP as above & orders SGS to conduct Dip Test of the product in the seller tanks.
- Upon successful Dip Test, Seller issues the full injection schedule to the Buyer.
- Buyer pays total cost of the product via MT 103, against successful Dip Test at seller’s tank, within 48 hours or
buyer will be responsible for each day’s tank extension cost. - Seller transfers to the Buyer TITLE OF OWNERSHIP CERTIFICATE and all other export documents.
- Seller pays all the intermediaries involved in the transaction and subsequently monthly contract shipment
continues as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement between buyer and seller.

(NOR) to inject the product into buyer’s vessel.
9, Buyer make available the Vessel for the injection process to commence as schedule.
10, After Successful injection, Buyer pays total cost of the product via MT 103, T/T, USDT as agreed.
11, Seller transfers to the Buyer TITLE OF OWNERSHIP CERTIFICATE and all other export documents.
