We are currently seeking reliable suppliers (sellers) for a fuel procurement project through VOPAK-to-VOPAK transactions.
The buyer already holds a VOPAK account and reference number, and is seeking procurement of EN590, JET A1, and D6 under the following conditions:

Rotterdam
・EN590: Trial 100,000 MT / Regular 400,000 MT × 12 months
・JET A1: Trial 2,000,000 barrels / Regular 4,000,000 barrels × 12 months
・D6: Trial 200,000,000 gallons / Regular 400,000,000 gallons × 12 months
Houston
・EN590: Trial 100,000 MT / Regular 300,000 MT × 12 months
・JET A1: Trial 2,000,000 barrels / Regular 4,000,000 barrels × 12 months
・D6: Trial 200,000,000 gallons / Regular 200,000,000 gallons × 12 months
Fujairah
EN590: Trial 100,000 MT / Regular 200,000 MT × 12 months
VOPAK to VOPAK PROCEDURE
・Buyer issues ICPO addressed to the Seller for verification and approval together with CIS
・Seller issues CI, Buyer signs and returns CI within 24 hours.
・Seller issues Authorization to the Buyer for buyers Vopak Terminal Manager to communicate with sellers Vopak terminal manager to verify the existence of the products. This is to allow the buyer to verify that fuel is real.
・After confirmation from the Buyers Vopak terminal manager, the Buyers Vopak Terminal Manager submits the below documents to the Sellers Vopak terminal manager.
・Vopak Terminal Agreement or Vopak Reference Code Vopak Barcode.
・Buyer finalizes the Vopak Terminal Protocols.
・Seller issues Full POP documents to the Buyer Vopak terminal manager and injection begins.
・Upon completing the Injection, Buyer makes full payment via MT103 TT, and the seller transfers title to the buy • The seller pays commission to all intermediaries until the contract is complete, along with all rolls and extensions
