[Partnership] Advisory Agreement with Taihong Food Group, a Leading Seafood Company

In March 2025, we entered into a partnership with Dandong Taihong Food Group, one of China’s leading seafood processing suppliers. Taihong is an industry leader handling over 60 types of processed clams, whelks, and shellfish products, as well as more than 50 types of tempura products and delicacies made with shrimp, squid, and vegetables.

Of particular note is their clam, which was the first in the world to obtain MSC certification. Along the coastal fishing grounds of the Yellow Sea—supplying about 60% of the clams consumed in Japan—Taihong has established a sustainable fishery system. With its own marine farms and fishing vessels, the company ensures a stable supply under strict quality control.
