■ Standard Procedure
1.Buyer submits LOI or ICPO
2.Seller issues FCO
3.Buyer signs, seals, and returns FCO
4.Both parties sign SPA
5.Seller issues Pro-forma Invoice
6.Buyer opens SBLC (MT760) or DLC (MT700)
7.Seller issues Performance Bond (PB)
8.Shipment preparation → SGS inspection → Payment → Delivery

Payment & Guarantee
・Payment Method: SBLC (MT760) or DLC (MT700), transferable & divisible
・No advance payment required: After LC issuance, the seller covers visa and travel costs for buyer’s warehouse inspection in Saudi Arabia
・Quality Assurance: SGS inspection, anti-rust and temperature-controlled storage within warehouses

■ Warehouse Inspection
・Buyers can visit the Saudi warehouses after LC issuance
・SGS certification and COA will be provided
・Seller covers inspection-related travel and accommodation costs
