Attorney Rihei Matsumoto is a legal practitioner with expertise in corporate law and the entertainment industry, known for his flexibility in handling complex and emerging cases. After gaining experience at multiple law firms and a secondment to a major financial institution, he founded Aoyama Kitamachi Law Office. With extensive knowledge in corporate disputes and scheme structuring, he provides strategic legal support that underpins clients’ management decisions. Currently, he also serves as a certified agent for the Japan Professional Baseball Players Association and as an outside director, actively working across the fields of law, business management, and sports.

Junji Nakamura

With nearly 30 years of service at the National Tax Agency, he was appointed Director-General of the Takamatsu Regional Taxation Bureau in 1997, overseeing tax administration across four prefectures in Shikoku and demonstrating leadership in both organizational management and enforcement. After retiring, he served as Managing Director of the Resolution and Collection Corporation (RCC), focusing on non-performing loan resolution and corporate revitalization. He has also held auditor positions at major listed companies, supporting governance enhancement and audit system development. She brings extensive practical expertise in both new and existing sales, with a strong ability to build trusted relationships. In human resources, her work has encompassed system design and implementation, recruitment, and career counseling. Currently, as an HR consultant, she supports organizations by addressing structural challenges and executing effective talent strategies. She is also a certified Business and Career Coach (GCS), a licensed Career Consultant, and holds an Executive MBA.
