The request was made through an intermediary, and the product in question is EN590 10PPM diesel fuel, with transaction conditions under FOB with CPA (Charter Party Agreement).

• Procedure: Buyer issues ICPO after receiving SCO → Contract signing → TTM (Pre-TTM/TTM) → SGS after payment confirmation → Delivery
• Payment Terms: Normally TT or DLC/SBLC (details negotiable)
• Buyer Profile: Capable of direct contracting with European end-users, possessing extensive transaction experience and strong payment capacity
• Quantity: 200,000 MT per month
