[New Business] Full-Scale Launch of Precision Equipment Export Business

We are pleased to announce that, through partnerships with overseas companies, we have officially commenced the export and sales of precision equipment, including iPhones and MacBooks.
Products that have been carefully used in Japan are of exceptionally high quality and are in strong demand in overseas markets, particularly in Southeast Asia and African countries. Furthermore, with the current trend of yen depreciation, the international price competitiveness of Japanese products is at an unprecedented level. Leveraging this advantage, we are committed to providing stable supply and fair pricing.
By capitalizing on the high quality of Japanese products and the favorable exchange rate environment, we have established a flexible and stable supply framework, thereby accelerating our business expansion in overseas markets.
Exchange Rates and Pricing (as of August 8, 2025)
In setting prices, we base our calculations primarily on the local currency, the Ghanaian Cedi (GHS), while also referencing the U.S. Dollar (USD) and Japanese Yen (JPY) as international benchmark currencies. We constantly monitor exchange rates to ensure fair and transparent pricing.
Current reference rates (subject to market fluctuations) are as follows:
- 1 USD ≈ 15 GHS
- 1 USD ≈ 147 JPY
- 1 GHS ≈ 9.8 JPY
With the depreciation of the yen, the export of Japanese products has further strengthened price competitiveness. We will continue to seize this opportunity by ensuring a reliable and stable supply system.
