[Closed] New Buyer Information: VOPAK (EN590 & D6)

We are currently handling a new buyer mandate based on transactions conducted via VOPAK terminals.
This opportunity involves EN590 and D6 and represents a genuine end-user requirement, with the buyer preferring a VOPAK-based transaction structure.
The PROCEDURE outlined below reflects the buyer’s preferred workflow.
Please note that other similar or equivalent VOPAK-related procedures may also be considered.

■ Preferred PROCEDURE (Verbatim)
The following PROCEDURE is provided exactly as requested by the buyer and has not been modified.
Only direct VOPAK leaseholders are not allowed JV/Group I Proxy I sub-lease. –
Buyer must include their VOPAK name in ICPO in order for seller to check on my site
VOPAK.

1. Buyer issues ICPO to Seller for confirmation and approval.
2. Seller issues CI and Buyer signs and returns within 24 hours.
3. The seller issues the buyer’s approval of the buyer’s Vopak terminal
   manager, communicating with Seller Vopak Terminal Manager
   The presence of the product. This is to make sure that the fuel is genuine by the buyer.
   4.) After confirmation from buyer’s VOPAK terminal manager, buyer’s
   Vopak Terminal Manager will submit the following documents to the seller’s Vopak
   Terminal Manager:
   a) Vopak Terminal Agreement or Vopak Reference code 00023
   b) Vopak bar code.
4. The buyer determines the Vopak terminal protocol.

6. The seller issues a POP (full) document to the buyer’s Vopak terminal manager
   The injection will start.
   7.) Upon completion of the injection, the buyer will pay the full amount at MT103 TT,
   The seller transfers ownership to the buyer.
7. Seller pays all intermediaries fees until the contract is completed
   with all roles and extensions

・Strict adherence is not mandatory, and
similar or commercially equivalent VOPAK procedures are acceptable.
・Pricing, quantities, ports, and contractual details will be disclosed after mutual confirmation of conditions.
