■ Indicative Supply Terms
・Monthly Quantity: 10,000 MT or more (long-term suppliers preferred)
・Quality Certification: Manufacturer’s certificate or inspection by SGS or equivalent international inspection authority
・Transaction Type: Long-term supply under a framework agreement
・Payment Terms: L/C at Sight as the base structure (details to be discussed)
・Delivery Terms: CIF / FOB or other Incoterms, subject to discussion

■ Seller Requirements
・Ability to supply Aluminum Ingots A7 on a stable and continuous basis
